Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has started working out in the gym ahead of the T20I series against Bangladesh, which will begin on October 6.
After the two-match Test series, India will play three T20Is against Bangladesh. The first match will be played at Gwalior International Cricket Stadium in Madhya Pradesh, the second at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, and the third at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad.
Hardik Pandya was the key member in India’s victory at the 2024 T20 World Cup. In the captaincy of Rohit Sharma India clinched the championship by beating South Africa in the final at Kennington Oval, Barbados, on June 29. The 30-year-old all-rounder last represented India on July 30 in a match against Sri Lanka at Pallekele. And now, he is anticipated to make a return for the upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh.
Hardik Pandya shared a video of his workout on Instagram, and the clip quickly went viral.
On Tuesday, the Mumbai Indians captain posted four images from his field training session. In two of the pictures, he is shown working on his batting skills.
Hardik has played in 102 T20Is so far but was not chosen by the BCCI to captain the T20I series against Sri Lanka in July. Suryakumar Yadav was made captain. Under Yadav’s leadership, India won the series 3-0.
