‘Virat Kohli Go To London’, Twitter Erupts In Anger After Batter’s Flow Show

Virat Kohli is having a tough time in the current three-match Test series against New Zealand at home. The Indian cricket team is playing the second Test at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

After a disappointing eight-wicket loss in Bengaluru, India started well by bowling out New Zealand for just 259 runs in their first innings of the ongoing second Test in Pune.

Once again, the Indian batters struggled against New Zealand’s strong bowling attack. Captain Rohit Sharma got out for a duck after facing just 9 balls, bowled by senior pacer Tim Southee, on Day 2 of the match.

Shubman Gill showed some promise but was out for 30 runs off 72 balls, dismissed by Mitchell Santner. When Virat Kohli came in to bat at his usual No. 4 position (he batted at No. 3 in the last Test), everyone was hoping for a good performance.

However, Kohli disappointed both the team and fans once again, getting out for just one run. This left India struggling at 56/3. The crowd was shocked when Mitchell Santner bowled him out on the fourth ball of the 24th over.

In this match, Kohli missed a low full toss aimed at the middle stump while trying to play an unusual shot across the line. The ball went under his bat and hit the middle and leg stumps. Frustrated, Kohli walked off the field.

After his dismissal, Indian cricket fans reacted strongly, saying that the team management and selectors should drop him from the Test team. Some even suggested he go back to London, where he has been living with his family since the birth of his second child, Akaay.

Fans have also been questioning Kohli’s commitment to practice for the Test series. They noticed he has spent a lot of time away from the team. Recently, he left the squad to be with his family in Mumbai and was seen attending a Kirtan event in the city.
