Cricket star Virat Kohli keeps doing great both in his game and outside of it. On Tuesday, he achieved another milestone and became the top celebrity. The former Indian captain beats Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh and Shah Rukh Khan.
Virat Kohli is leading celebrity power rankings, with his brand value increasing by almost 29% in the past year. He had an outstanding performance for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL 2024, where he won the Orange Cap for scoring the most runs.
At 35 years old, Virat Kohli topped the batting charts as India made it to the final of the 2023 ODI World Cup. He was honored as the ICC ODI Player of the Year and also made his place in the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year.
A report by consultancy firm Kroll states that Virat Kohli’s brand value was $227.9 million in 2023, down from $237.7 million in 2020. He is ahead of Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, who holds the second spot with a brand value of $203.1 million. Shah Rukh Khan is in third place with a brand value of $120.7 million in 2023, according to the Celebrity Brand Valuation Report 2023.
