In the 1st game of the three-match T20I series between India and Bangladesh, the host India beat Bangladesh by seven wickets. There were many positive things for India in this match, from Mayank Yadav and Nitish Reddy’s debut to Sanju Samson scoring some runs.

However, above all these players, fans enjoyed Hardik Pandya’s batting. He turned out to be the highest scorer for the team and got 39 runs in just 16 balls with the help of five fours and two sixes.

During Hardik’s innings, he was cherished by fans for his new no-look uppercut. This came in the 12th over of the run chase, Hardik was not very much struggling against the delivery. He waited for it and then directed it above the wicket-keeper Litton Das’ head for a boundary. After playing the shot, Hardik did not look behind and while chewing the gum he smiled at the bowler Taskin Ahmed.

On the next ball, Hardik Pandya received a full toss. As he swung his bat, he lost his grip, and the bat flew towards the leg side. However, he still managed to hit a boundary to backward point. On the following delivery, he sealed the win by hitting a six-over cow corner. This marked the fifth time Hardik has finished a T20I with a six, surpassing former India T20I player Virat Kohli, who did it four times.
