Hazratullah Zazai put on a powerful show to help the Bangla Tigers crush the Northern Warriors by 10 wickets in the 20th match of the Abu Dhabi T10 League 2024. Playing at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, Zazai hit a stunning 53 runs off just 23 balls, including five sixes in one over, to finish the match in style.

Hazratullah Zazai stunned everyone in the Abu Dhabi T10 League 2024 with amazing power-hitting against Ankur Sangwan. During the fifth over of the Bangla Tigers’ chase against Northern Warriors, Zazai hit five huge sixes. He smashed the ball to all parts of the ground, including deep mid-wicket, long-off, and extra cover. This incredible over proved Zazai’s talent as a T10 star and helped the Tigers win easily by 10 wickets.

The Northern Warriors batted first and managed to score only 107 runs in their 10 overs. Colin Munro played a sensational knock of 59 runs from 28 balls, but most of the other batters couldn’t perform well. Rashid Khan (2/11) and Iftikhar Ahmed (2/18) bowled brilliantly for the Bangla Tigers and took important wickets.
Johnson Charles added 18 runs, and Sherfane Rutherford scored 7, but they couldn’t build on Munro’s innings. The Warriors’ batters had trouble facing the tight bowling from the Tigers, who made sure the total stayed low.
Zazai and Shahzad Dominate the Chase
Chasing 108 runs, the Bangla Tigers openers Hazratullah Zazai and Mohammad Shahzad made the target look easy. They finished the game in just 7.5 overs without losing a single wicket. Shahzad started strong with 54 runs from 25 balls, but Zazai stole the show.
In the sixth over, bowled by Ankur Sangwan, Zazai smashed five huge sixes. It was a thrilling moment as Zazai hit one six after another, quickly ending the hopes of the Warriors. His knock included three fours and five sixes, with an impressive strike rate of 230.43.
Bowling Struggles for the Warriors
The Northern Warriors’ bowlers couldn’t stop the Bangla Tigers’ batters. Trent Boult (0/13 in 2 overs) and Uzair Khan (0/5 in 1 over) bowled decently, but others like Sangwan were punished heavily. Sangwan’s expensive overturned the match completely in the Tigers’ favour.
