Pakistani batter Babar Azam scored 41 runs from 28 balls in the third T20I against Australia on Monday, November 18, at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart. Despite Babar’s good performance, Pakistan couldn’t avoid a series whitewash against the Aussies.
The team managed to score only 117 runs in 18.1 overs, losing all their wickets. Australia easily chased the target of 118 runs in just 11.2 overs and won the match by 7 wickets. It was a disappointing result for Pakistan, as they lost the three-match series without winning a single game.
For Australia, Marcus Stoinis played an amazing inning and scored 61 not out from just 27 balls. Captain Josh Inglis also added 27 runs before getting out. Their performances helped Australia chase the target easily and win the match by 7 wickets.
